What GPU should I get with AMD A8-7600

I am looking to buy a graphics card that is relatively cheap. I heard you can do dual graphics with the A8-7600 and certain Radeon GPU's. My question is what is the best combination to do dual graphics?

PC specs:
-AMD A8-7600 APU
-12GB DDR3 Ram
-GPU: NONE

IMO, dual graphics aren't worth it, because either you'll play new games which need pretty powerful GPUs to play such as GTA V or you'll just play LoL and stuff like that. They advise you to buy a R7 240, but honestly I don't think it's worth it. Why? For 50$ more you get a GPU that is capable of playing new games at Medium and is around 3 times better for not even twice the price (for example the GTX 1050). So either stay with the iGPU or buy a capable GPU.
