First PC setup/configuration

So Im bulding my first PC, just finished the assembling and have two main issues. First one is that cant get to windows directly, have to go thru the BIOS. Second one is I cant configure the network to start dowloading and installing all needed drives, even have an ethernet cable hooked up and windows doesnt recognize the network.

I have an H170 pro gamong and windows 10, doesnt have cd/dvd.

I managed to fix the ethernet issue, is seems was some sort of connection issue.

I still have the BIOS issue, I have changed toe configuration overraid, priorities, etc options on the BIOS but still always start the SATA BIOS.

Not sure what you mean with setting up a boot drive in the BIOS, as BOOT options it appears the SATA SSD and the Windows boot, it doesnt matter I choose windows one as top priority, it still goes to the BIOS.

Thanks for the ideas man. Did the reset by shortening the headers/jumpers as instructed on the manual. Once turning one it did get me into the BIOS again but now the override worked, have rebooted twice and gets me to windows directly.
