It looks like its only reading that you have about a gig of ram installed. Right click the start menu, left click on system. How much installed memory does it say you have in the window that opens?

go to the processes and performance tabs and show us those, far more useful than the 'user' tab.

The rest are just like 1 or 2 MBs

Thats how much the programs were using not the total amount of ram

The total amount will show if you press the windows key+pause
