What 16 GB Ram to buy for son's computer?

My 13 year old son built his current computer about 3 years ago with the components I bought after consulting with a Minecraft Forum. The moderators helped me. He now needs 16 GB of RAM and I want to get it for Christmas for him but have no idea what to buy. He does a lot of gaming and also robotics and programming. Here are the components of his current computer:

Great. Thanks so much. I managed that purchase. Yeah. Now we realize that RAM alone was not enough. He currently has an integrated graphics card. One of the games he got for Christmas will not run without a better dedicated card.

So now I am trying to figure out if I can get him a graphics card that is not crazy expensive, will not overheat (as we have to watch that in the summer upstairs) and will work with his motherboard. (specs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157331)

Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Which processor ?
A graphic card should be good match for it so you don't overpay or get something too weak. If it's one of better ones that fit the MB, like A10 xxxxK, an AMD Rx 460 would be a good fit and between less expensive ones but still good enough and work with that power supply.

He has this processor:

AMD A10-5800K APU Quad Core Processor Socket FM2 3.8GHZ 4MB 100W Retail Box [AD580KWOHJBOX] $119.99

So it sounds like the AMD Rx 460 would be a good fit? He is trying to play the Overwatch game that he got for a present but it isn't playing well on his current set up.

I am thinking that like before with all the previous components, he and I can insert the graphics card into his current computer ourselves?
