So I just got a new PC and I got and here are the specs:
CPU -AMD FX-8350
CPU COOLER -Hyper 212 Evo
MOBO -MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard
RAM -G.Skill Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
SSD - Sandisk SSD PLUS 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
VIDEO CARD -MSI Raedeon Rx 48-GB Gaming X Video Card
Case -Cooler Master N400 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

So it overheats & crashes with TurboCore on
And even with it turned on, it reaches 79.9 degrees and drops my fps in games.

I don't know what I should be doing. Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

Solution
Then the cause is that the cpu cooler on the FX 8350 cpu it`s self has been fitted very badly if you are reaching 80c.

It needs to be rechecked.
The four screws holding the Evo 212 cooler to the cpu need to be loosened off so all four corners are slack.

Then tighten the top left screw back down by a single turn.
After one turn repeat the same process on the bottom right screw you see in the four corner screw points by one turn
Then tighten the top right screw one turn.
Then the bottom left screw.

Repeat the process until all four of the screws are tight. in a clockwise manner Gavin.

Once completed the cpu temp should drop down to round 40c or more for the FX 8350 cpu.

When you fit a cpu cooler onto a cpu there is a set way to tighten the screws in order Gavin.

Clearly if the system was pre built for you the idiot who built it was not aware of the correct process of fitting a cpu cooler.

In order to stop bad contact between the base of the cpu cooler and the cpu heat spreading plate or cap on the cpu.

If you do this and follow the instructions as posted it will work gavin dropping the temp of the cpu I promise.

The only solution of AMD fizzle and overheat is a biggest cooling system you can afford in junction with a mighty room air conditioner allowing running a room temperature not above 25C. This staff always overheat itself and other components of a computer under a smallest load, and this is a sad fact. It is also a good idea to check and re-install a cooler, as a slightiest inconsistence in contact between a cooler and an AMD CPU may cause an extreme overheating!
