It depends on your definition of a game. Is a simulation a game? If so, then the national labs simulte everything from weather to nuclear weapons.

The Sims is a game and simulation. But if you exclude simulations, then no. Petaflops requires multiple CPUs and graphics cards. It is cost prohibitive to "waste" that amount of resources for a toy.
