GTX1080 Can't Run "The Division" Over 60fps??

My GTX1080 cannot run "Tom Clancy's: The Division" at over 60 fps.

I've got an i7-6700K proccessor, 16GB of ram, and of course the gtx 1080.

It's mainly for most other games too.

Depends on your settings i have a 980ti and if i jack up settings i dont 60

You need to tell us your settings and your pc specs other than 1080 gtx

Like I said for the specs, i7 6700k processor, and 16GB of ram, unless you're asking for everything.

And settings are all on high and ultra. I turned off vsync and the fps went up to 65-88. But I'm sure the GTX1080 can do better than that.

sounds about right when i max i get some dips under 60 and your card is better than mine so
