HD 530 can play 1080p or 4k resolution?

Need help please
I'm planning to buy and i3 6100
my question is can I play/stream using integrated hd530 running on1080p or even 4k monitor?
not in to gaming just for browsing and streaming purposes only

It will do 1080p just fine.

4k is a problem. Skylake doesn't support HDMI 2.0, and the vast majority of motherboards give the Intel integrated graphics HDMI output only. With HDMI 1.4, Skylake will be limited to 4k@24 Hz over HDMI. Usually 30 Hz works as well, but not 60 Hz.

If you can find a motherboard which supports Displayport output for the integrated graphics (I haven't searched), then it should support 4k@60Hz.
