My pc specs are 16gb ram
i5 6600k
GTX 1070
On games such as Heroes and Generals, Paladins, Warface and TERA, I've experienced surprisingly low FPS on medium or above settings.
I have tried downloading all the drivers, running CCleaner, looked online and nothing helped.

My temperatures are less than 40 at all times I've checked while running games. My CPU usage is about 40 and my GPU usage is actualy 0 (I just found that out while writing this), how can I disable the basic Intel graphics card so my PC can use my GTX 1070?

When the GPU is installed it should automatically change the choice.

Try booting into BIOS and finding where to change the graphics option from the Integrated Graphics to the GPU, cannot tell you how exactly but just search around.

You could always go into device manager, go into display adapters and disable the Intel(R) HD Graphics xxxx and it may swap to the GPU.

Saying that, is your monitor connected to the GPU or the motherboard? If it is connected to the GPU then it is working correctly.

I connected it to both the motherboard and GPU, should it be just the GPU or both? Thank you so much.

If it is connected via the GPU, and it boots with display, then it is using the graphics from the GPU, hence the on-board will be disabled.

Have you tried to do the following:
1 - Remove the power cable connected to the PSU.
2 - Press and hold the power button, to drain the power.
3 - Touch something metal to drain any static electricity you've built up, you can touch your case or anything that is metal.
4 - Remove the GPU
5 - Remove the CMOS battery and wait around 5 minutes, longer if you wish.
6 - Put the CMOS battery back in as well as the GPU - Connect the power cable and boot.

Let me know if this helps at all.

Sorry for the late reply I wasn't home, when I disable the integrated graphics card, the screen goes black unless I disconnect the cable from the graphics card. Another note is that all games say like 15 fps, but it feels smoother, but not 60 smooth more like a 30 smooth, with intergrated fps counters or 3rd party ones.

Can you install CPU-Z and GPU-Z and tell me what the clock speeds are of your GPU/CPU? One of them might be locked and hence, causing performance to be locked really low.

My mind's gone blank. Does the clock speed on the CPU fluctuate while on the menu that you were on?

And yes, they're what I was looking for :p

Alright, okay.

If you do a stress test does it run at the 3.9GHz boost clock speed or not?

Not sure if you've mentioned this, but have you gone into BIOS and set it to performance, as well as in windows?

With the stress test:

I went into the BIOS and changed it to PCIE, didn't seem to help. I'm really sorry if this is bugging you.
