Ram doesn't get used up in games but causes stutter

I was diagnosing why I was getting stutters in games like crysis 3, GTA 5 even though I have a very good GPU. I found out that the games are using way less ram than they should use, GTA 5 is using around 1.2-2gb, crysis 3 is using only 1-1.5gb, tomb raider is using 0.5-1gb ram EVEN THOUGH HUGE AMOUNT OF MY RAM IS FREE AND UNUSED.
Please help

nothing you can do man. how much RAM a game uses depends on how the programmers wrote the code.

Your system CPU and/or GPU might be overheating while gaming, check for that. This might cause stuttering.

QuanTums no something wrong with my system because I have 4gb ram and I saw on YouTube that a guy who has the same amount of ram has a usage of 3.6gb in crysis 3 while my usage is just above 1 gb and also most of my ram is unused.

No, my CPU temps are 40-50 C while GPU temps are around 60C.
System:
Gtx 1060 3gb
4gb ram
i3 4150
Corsair vs 450 w PSU
Asus H81 cs mobo

Can you please post a screenshot of your RAM usage while having Crisis 3 running in the background? We need to see what is happening.
