Hal fast please with last minute PSU

I would like to ask for some help with choosing the best PSU for a similar price as is listed in my build guide, down bellow. I wish it would be semi-modular and gold+ efficiency but even if it would be only bronze+ I think it would be okay as well.

what may I ask is wrong with the seasonic there now? that is a good unit.
but you asked this is the best power supply I know that is available to you without breaking the bank

The seasonic you picked an an excellent psu, I have the 550watt version. It has served me very well.

Sorry man I forgot to state the reason why I am actually asking for help with last minute PSU. I have ordered the SeaSonic PSU however, the estimated delivery changed to January some day and I can't be waiting for such an important component for my first build. I have replied to them that I would like to cancel the order if it won't arrive as promised, before Christmas so I hope they will just cancel the order.
