Can Only Connect Locally

Hello.

I recently moved and connected my pc via wi-fi, under Linux, to the new network without any difficulty.

But when trying to connect my laptop under Vista 32 bit, via wi-fi, all I can achieve is Local Access.

Any advice appreciated.
