Internet Tanked, Damaged Motherboard?

Hey. I moved my PC into a new case last week, and ever since my Internet has dropped from 30mbps to 15 with a USB adapter, I even got a pci e wifi card and it dropped even lower to 1 Mbps.
Is my motherboard damaged?

Probably not. You'd be surprised at how resilient motherboards can be. It could be the casing? Have you tried updating your network drivers? Or have you tried testing out the connection when it's not wireless? Or possibly being in the same room as the router and testing the wireless connection again... many things to do, Good luck!

I don't know what else my new case could have caused to my internet. I've downloaded so many drivers and uninstalled them and what not and nothing has helped. And I can't test if it's better when wired because I don't have a long enough cable to try. And I can even use the driver disk I got with it because I don't have an optical drive. I'm honestly lost on what to do...
