Made some changes, to get you better deals, on hardware. Also do not think pro version is needed, either, for Win 10.

If you're truly only doing "minor gaming" then the 1070 is overkill. A 1060 is fine for most things at 1080p maxed, or a 1050 if you aren't playing anything super demanding. Also, have you independently verified that that PSU will fit in an ITX case? I don't see a huge need for OCing if you are primarily doing more workstation-oriented tasks because the stability is more valuable than the extra performance.

Unless you absolutely need to cram everything into an ITX case for some reason, I'd say move up to a mATX board and case and get yourself some more room. Doubly so if you don't have a lot of build experience.

CAS15 @ 2133 is pretty slow considering you can get CAS14 @ 3200 for not much more.

Do you need a mini GPU? A full size GPU might actually fit in that case. I fit a full size card in my ITX rig.

$95 for a 250GB seems rather expensive.

Overall not a bad build at all!

Everything looks good to me. Don't know about liquid cooling, tho. It looks like budget is not a true concern, but if you wanted to save $50, a Cryorig C7 would work in that ITX case. Other than that, everything looks good to me, and should be able to handle gaming, streaming, and editing.
