I would like to get 2 new fans for my 212 EVO so i can improve performance. (I know it wont be an insane difference but a better air cooler wont fit my case and i don't like AIO's) Do you guys have any recommendations?

For something inexpensive (since you're considering 2 fans), there's the sickleflow fans. They have them in different led colors.

This just happens to be the red one. It's single speed though, not a pwm fan like the stock one.

I'm not sure they sell the fans that ship with the 212 evo individually aftermarket. The closest thing in terms of speed is this one, it is pwm 600-2000rpm.

Arctic f12's are decent for the price.

What case are you using? Honestly unless the fan on the 212 evo is broken/worn out I wouldn't bother adding 2 fans to it. Push pull isn't all that effective and you'll end up spending more money into a cooler that in the end will still be a 212 evo. Push pull is effective for thicker radiators or radiators with dense fins, the tower on the 212 evo isn't all the densely populated with cooling fins and isn't that thick. Unless money is no object and you just like the looks of 2 fans on it.

Just a cheap mid tower i found when building my pc http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133253&gclid=CjwKEAiAp97CBRDr2Oyl-faxqRMSJABx4kh9BDcppNl6vvNdwRjgsB-Yp9ccqBZFfdrV5qgsZcsawBoC4dDw_wcB
So it won't make a difference at all? I read that it is a few degrees at least. I want to try and ask for this as a christmas present so the cost wouldnt matter.

All are solid choices with ample static pressure, lower noise levels around the 20dba range (the coolermasters may be closer to 30dba), pwm fans. If looking to run in push/pull it would be best to match them. Of course there are also nice fans like the noctua's or phanteks which are good quality fans but you're looking at a pair of fans that will cost as much if not more than the cooler did in the first place.

You may want to consider using a 4pin "Y" cable or fan splitter cable to plug both fans into the splitter and have one plug connected to the cpu_fan header so they can be controlled via the bios and both fans running together at the same speed. This is an example of a Y cable/splitter.
