Hello! i have a HP TouchSmart 520-1165a Desktop Desktop PC (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c03290353) and was wondering what cheap and effective graphics card i could get for $250-$300 (current graphics card in the system is AMD Radeon HD 7450A and motherboard is a IPISB-NK (LavacaSB)

also if i need to upgrade anything else it would be nice if you could tell me! (im very very new to this, and im clueless to what is compatable with this hardware) main games are final fantasy 14 and team fortress 2.

That 7450A is basically an HD 6450, which was twice as 'fast' as the HD 5450. I had the HD 5450 and I did play TF2 on it. You need to run at 800x600, maybe 1024x768 if you were willing to live with lower framerate. That was on an HD 5450 though, I bet you will see a bit better performance. Still, you need to run at below 720p because that level of videocard, DDR3 and 64bit memory bus, can not handle anything 'high definition'.
