PC isn't picking up audio devices (Neither front nor back panel)

After installing my new PSU today in preparation for my new GPU coming this christmas, I booted my pc and realised that I have a red 'X' through my speaker icon. At first I thought it was my headset playing up, but fiddling yielded nothing and left me stumped.
When I was installing my PSU, I mistakenly thought that the front panel connectors would have to be removed, obviously not the case as they aren't connected to the psu. As I was taking them out, I took pictures to make sure that I would put them back the right way and the right place after installing the new PSU.
The installation went fine.

Whenever I go to my playback devices, all I see is a lot of disabled 'AMD High-Definition Audio Device' s, and not my headphones. I even borrowed my brother's headphones and they didn't show up either.

I tested whether the headphones would work in both the front and back audio jacks, the back one being attached to the motherboard. Am I right in thinking that it's unlikely to be due to the HD AUDIO pin malfunctioning, seeing as audio wasn't picked up in the back panel as well as the front?

I am really stumped, and am getting stressed as I have no money to spend on anything new to fix the problem.

My specs are:
MB: AS-Rock H110-M Combo G
CPU: Core i5-6500
GPU: Radeon HD 7850
8GB DDr4 Ram

Solution
Did you try uninstalling the device (but NOT deleting drivers) then reboot.

This will often work if it is just a glitch.

Otherwise recheck your pinouts as you connected jumpers and cable onto the MoBo.

Thank you for your help!

Well then it appears I've learned two things today:
1- how to solve this
2- not to disregard a possible solution just because I don't see how it would have any effect.

I guess I deserved this in a way for not trying everything before asking for help. I won't try to understand how it solved it haha.
