i just bought an Asus Laptop. (X556 i7 ). It came up with free dos. when i try to install windows 10 64 bit version, it won't allow me to install. Instead it Shows an error called "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" and some times "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" with the bluescreen .

But when i try to install windows 10 32 bit version, it go smoothly and able to install it. But it only shows 1.88GB RAM is usable from 8GB RAM now.

I really have no idea how to fix this thing and i badly needed to install windows 10 64bit version because all of it;s drivers came up for 64bit version.

Laptop Specs :
intel i7 - 6500u
8GB RAM
1 TB HDD
2 GB Nvidia 940mx VGA

Thank you and hope for a solution soon.

if it is something wrong with my RAM, how can i install Ubuntu 15.10 64bit on my laptop and it runs smoothly without any error ? And also it shows my RAM memory capacity as 7.7 GB. I'm not sure it has to do something with my RAM. coz if it's faulty, it won't run Ubuntu as well.

You said you just bought the laptop, can't you run the smooth 32-bit system, take it back and get a replacement?

It's definitely a lot easier than putting your own new RAM in there.
