Hello, I just bought a PNY GTX 1070 OC 8 GB, I insert it into my PCIE x16 slot, and there is a no signal mes:??:sage on my monitor. The onboard graphics on my core i5 6600k work perfectly when there isnt a video card installed. My motherboard is MSI Z170 SLI PLUS, All the components are compatible. I have checked the ram and it works fine. The first day i installed the GTX 1070, it worked fine, next morning there is no signal. I checked the power which is a corsair 750 watt Power Supply Unit (more than enough). I have tried disabling the Integrated graphics on my bios, but msi only has an option with auto or integrated. I have even tried removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard. I know that my Motherboard has no faults or does the graphics card. I have even tried disabling Intel hd graphics from hardware and devices from my windows 10 operating system. All in all, I really need professional help and quickly. My options are gone and the only thing i have are these forums. Thank You for reading this and please help.

Solution
Try this. Click the Start button, on the left hand side click the little gear icon to open settings. Then go to Update and Security. Click 'check for update'. Apply any updates, restart PC, and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, you should do a clean driver installation. First, if you're on Windows 10 go to control panel --> system and security --> advanced system settings. From here click the Hardware tab, open "device installation settings" and select No as the default option (don't forget to hit save changes).

Next, follow this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xRRx_3r8GgCpBAMuhT9n5kK6Zse_DYKWvjsW0rLcYQ0/edit which will require this program: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
