I installed Windows 10 on a new ssd and formatted my old ssd so that I can use it with another PC, but I cannot boot to my new ssd without having the old ssd plugged into my desktop via SATA.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Solution
Well I think there's your problem. Your OS is installed on a different disk to your boot partition. You need to clone the two smaller partitions (450MB and 99MB) to your OS drive (c: ). You can use Macrium to do it, as long as you make space for the partitions first by shrinking your OS partition, but it'd be easier if you disconnect the old drive then run Windows installer from a USB and reinstall or repair OS in advanced options.
