Hello i made order today the Palit SuperJetstream 1060 because i think with these pc build specs i can play normal all the games before i do the order for 1060 palit i ordered the GTX 1070 Superjetstream it is around 479euros in greece and that current graphic card i ordered 1060 is 340euros do you think is wise choice to go for GTX 1060 Palit in Greece? Msi and asus are little expensive i canceled the order for GTX 1070. Also that is these are specs of my pc build
Now except the 1st Question i have also there is another one do you think that is worthy for 1080p?

PC Case: Aerocool Aero 1000
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590
RAM: HyperX Beast 8GB (I'm thinking to go for 16GB if that is necessary)
Motherboard: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer
Sound Card: Creative Blaster Audigy RX
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7
PSU: Coolermaster G650M
Screen: LG 24MP68VQ

Solution
The 1060 is fine for 1080p/60Hz. You'll get ultra max settings in almost every game, some of the newest most intensive, might require high. The 1070 is more for 1440p/60Hz or 1080p/144Hz

Depending on the games you play, you may or may not see any improvement with a new cpu. Your current cpu is pretty strong as is, and is 4 core, so capable of running the 1060 easily. That said, some games will benefit from the 4690k faster core speed, and even other games would benefit from an i7 8 threads.

The same can be said of ram. Some intensive games can make use of more ram, going over the 8Gb if available.

As would an SSD help

Battlefield 1 is highly intensive graphically, as well as pretty heavy on the cpu so don't be surprised if you don't get ultra and good fps, it's one of those limited few games that can really use the top end stuff. The rest will be fine on a 1060,fps will vary but the only way to almost guarantee 60+ fps at ultra is with a 1070, the 1060 might require the relaxing of a few settings, most of which you'd not really notice at all.

16Gb of ram won't hurt you in the slightest, most games float around the 5Gb mark, plus 1-2Gb for Windows, so you'll end up mainly just under 8Gb, but more and more games are starting to reach upwards of 8Gb by themselves, if it's available. Having just 8Gb in that sense means a little lag as ram space is shuffled around according to priorities and that includes possibly using the SSD as a cache at times.
