Can Windows (7, 8.1, or 10) be installed on a NextBook Ares 11 (has Android 5.1 currently)?

I realize it's not a simple task. I'm willing to get into the nuts and bolts of things.

Would the system BIOS ROM (EFI) need to be re-flashed or modded?

Thanks,
Mike

It is technically possible since it has an Intel Atom Z3735G CPU and it has 64GB of storage. Is it feasible? I don't know. If you do not mind potentially turning it into a brick, then it should be an interesting experiment. Windows 10 is probably the easiest to install because you can purchase the retail version that comes on a bootable USB and simply plug it into a USB port to begin the installation process.
