I have a Radeon HD 5450 that is currently running my 32 inch plasma TV. I have a large library of old movies on my hard drive and I would like to watch some of these movies on my 27 inch Sony CRT TV. Is there a way my Radeon HD 5450 can run both? I know I would need some kind of adapter to run the CRT TV. Can someone tell me my options for doing this?

It's been a while since I was in to doing stuff like this but I remember it depends on the inputs of your tv. Let's say that Sony accepts component input. Then you'd send the signal from the computer to a receiver that has component outputs. For instance, HDMI out from the computer to HDMI in on the receiver. Then Component out on the receiver to Component in on the Sony.
So look at the outputs of the 5450, then look at the inputs of the Sony. You need a middleman who can take one of those outputs and turn it into one of those inputs.

OK, my card only has one HDMI port and that is being used by my Plasma. My card also has a VGA port. MY TV only has a COAX available because the yellow RCA is being used by DVD player. So I would need to go VGA out to COAX in on TV. Is this do able, and would the signal be correct for the CRT TV so the video is correct? Does anyone know what kind of converter I would need to not just to convert the cable interface but also make sure the CRT can display the video correctly?

VGA to an RF (radio) signal isn't practical. If the one set of yellow/red/white is taken, then you could get a switch, but I would recommend sending that boat anchor TV to recycling. Just watch the movies on the plasma....
