I cannot find Bluetooth in my hp 15 laptop

i have hp 15 touchscreen laptop...i cannot find bluetooth in device manager...what is it listed under? I installed driver from HP site and installed. Please advise. :ouch:pt1cable:::??:

There is a chance your laptop just does not have the Bluetooth hardware installed. Go to BIOS, and make sure it is enabled. Talk to HP support about whether you should have it, or ir is defective. Have your laptop' serial number handy when calling them.

I often struggle to get my blutooth functioning with my samsung laptop.
Could never find it in device manager, or network and connections.
Ended up putting "blutooth" into the computer search bar then, once found, I added it to the task bar icons.
Can't for the life of me remember where it was in the end lol

I much later discovered that I could activate and deactivate the blutooth reciever/transmitter by just tapping one of the f buttons on the keyboard *facepalm* perhaps one of your f (function) buttons will bring it up?
Edit:...I think that might have been my wifi... :p

What is the full model number of your hp? Windows 7/8/10?
