so im guessing its the different speeds, the new stick of 4GB is 1600mhz, while the other one is 1333, but i went to my friend´s house, and the 1600 one was working fine with other 2GB 1333 ones, so its maybe just my pc? what can i do? it says it has 8GB but only 4 can be useable? is the speed thingy not working or?

so i switched the slots for the 14th time, and now it works, maybe it needed to cool off? idk
im assuming it runs at the lowest speed available now right? 1333?
