The MSI H55-G43 has a pcie 2.0 x16 slot
so you can get whatever card you want as long as your power supply is good enough to power it and your case is big enough to fit it inside
also your cpu is slow and a dual core, so you need to upgrade it if you want anything decent
and you want at least 8gb of ram total
