My son was using my computer to play video games. It was running slow because he had a lot of stuff open, YouTube, videogame, internet browser, Skype etc. He decided to look online and see how to make it faster. Someone said to delete System32. So he did. I've lost all baby pictures, videos etc. About 2+ years later i found the old computer and looked online to see if we can get it back. Is there any way to get JUST pictures/videos back? Or at least pictures? I was told to buy a new hard drive which is fine but i just want the pictures back.
Please and thank you.

Connecting to a laptop through a docking station, Windows should see it as just another drive letter.
D or E, perhaps.

Deleting the System32 folder just makes the OS non-functional. Your other files should still be there.

And that is a common troll comment, simply to mess with people that don't know what they are doing, and who are far too trusting.
