So I tested my computer with User Benchmark and I bot these scores...
GPU gtx 1060 3gb Zotac, Performing way below expectations. 18th percentile
CPU i5 6500, Performing above expectations 62nd percentile
Memory ddr4 2400 preforming below potential, Unsure that an XMP BIOS profile is created.
Drive, Seagate baracuda preforming below expectations.
Overall, pc preforming below expectations.

I had thoughts that I might be, considering I am not gaming like advertised....
Can anyone help me fix these issues? I updated all my drivers, I have everything installed...

This is my first build, so I have no clue where I messed up... I don't have an SDD yet, and my disk is constantly at 99% But when this disk was on my old pc it was always around 30%...

My mobo is Arctic Mortar and my pc is preforming at 71% where the average arctic is preforming at 81%.

Can someone please help me
Thank you :)

Solution
Corsair 750.. CX series? if so that may be the problem. That series are made with low quality components. Quite often you can see threads of ppl having similar issues to yours with that same PSU.

Whether or not you have that PSU you might wanna try first a fresh installation, maybe something went wrong last time who knows, lets make sure everything is OK on the software side before spending any money on new hardware.
