Hello,
I built my PC a couple years ago and it ran perfectly, but after I came back from college for Thanksgiving break the CPU started to run really hot(screenshots below). I tried to reapplying thermal paste and reseating the cpu cooler, but nothing seems to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Components:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive 750W

Solution
Agreeing with the above.

Do you feel the pump vibrating, and feel the pipes going on top of the CPU, is one warmer than the other/cooler than the other? If not, then the pump may have failed.

If you feel like it is working, you could try to replace the thermal paste, but I think me and @Hamperking68 will agree that the pump most likely has failed.
