HELP Can i do this?

This is my pc right now http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c03042936. I am getting a gtx 1050 for it and a evga 430w psu. I was thinking of changing the cpu. What cpu can i upgrade it to? Also if all the cpu's suck what mother board will work with my hardware inside my computer but support a better cpu? Thank you

the seasonic PSU is miles better than the 430W EVGA (imho). the 430W seasonic is the same price as the 520W so I added that one.
any apu for that board will have a GPU onboard that will be disabled, and the onboard GPU is the only reason to buy an APU. the i3 6100 is a huge improvement in power consumption and performance.

So I can add all this to my current pc. And what is the memory for I thought I already have it?

yes all the should fit in the case that you linked above.
the RAM you have is DDR3, and the 6th Generation i3 uses DDR4. different voltages, and speeds.

you could get an older 2dn, 3rd, 4th, or 5th generation i3 chip and motherboard that can use DDR3. like so
