Is this motherboard good with this PC build?

The motherboard is:

Gigabyte GA-B85M-D2V

Is it good with this build:

be quiet! SYSTEM POWER B8 | 550W bulk
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC
Zalman T3 Mini Tower (with 4 fans)
8GB DDR3 1600 MHZ RAM
I7 4790 3.60GHz

Is there something that cant fit somewhere?
Will there be a bottleneck?
And is it a good motherboard?

Its OK mobo..I'll recommend you to go with Gigabyte H97 mobo,,for model no check my signature.
and No, there would be no bottleneck.
and for PSU I'll recommend you to go with brands like Seasonic/EVGA/Corsair/and then other brands
get a proper 550W bronze (at least) certified.
e.g. Seasonic S12II 520W
