Yes it can run a GTX 1060 and provide close to no bottlenecking to it at all.

Your motherboard has a PCIe 2.0 x16 lane, and PCIe lanes are backwards compatible, so the GTX 1060 is compatible with your motherboard, it should be the first blue lane on your motherboard if you don't know already, that is the lane that you need to put the GPU in.
