What is the best Windows version for my setup?

I have the ff:
CPU: C2Q Q9400
MB: Foxconn G31MXP-k
RAM: 2x2gb ddr2 800mhz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 560

I'm picking between Windows 7 or Windows 10. Please provide Pros and Cons regardless of retail price.

I would recommend Windows 10, actually.

It is much lighter to run and can be run on computers with lower specs, such as Windows 7, it requires a lot more and can run sluggish if your specs are too low.

I have a 'Test computer' if you know what I mean, with similar specs, I have an E8400, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and no GPU and it runs smooth as my main rig, probably smoother as it has less installed.
