All Skylake boards support Turbo Boost in the sense that it's the CPU that provides that. The i5 6600k has TB 2.0, so yes the board supports it :)

Intel® Turbo Boost Technology is a processor technology. Make sure you have an Intel® Turbo Boost Technology supported processor. Desktop board vendors normally enable Intel® Turbo Boost Technology by default. You can typically enable or disable through a switch in the desktop board BIOS.

See your motherboard documentation or vendor website for more information.
