Good Heatsink for Overclocking

I have AMD A10 7870k. running on 4,5 Ghz. but i'm still using the original heatsink. i'm planned to buy a better heatsink. is there any good heatsink out there that can cool my CPU? or i just stick with the original?
The CPU temp maxed at 72 Celcius but usually only 40ish

It maxes out at 72c because that is TJ Max for that cpu, the point when it starts to throttle lowering clock speeds to keep itself cool, thus hurting performance. I would turn off your overclock until you get a cooler, your pc will likely perfom better if that cpu is indeed throttling because of extra heat from your overclock. What would be your budget for a cooler? A cheap cryorig h7 or cooler master 212 evo would be fine.

what do you mean by throttling? am i giving too much pressure to the CPU?
i tried overclocking because there is an official website in my country that stated the original hfs is good for OC
i bought APU to minimize my budget actually. lol
My budget for hfs is about 30$-40$

72c is the max , they tend to not throttle till around 80c though generally.
I'd replace the stock heatsink personally (unless its the newer wraith cooler you have ??), a $20 deepcool gammaxx 300 or s40 will do the job admirably , is a quick 2 minute fit solution using the stock mounts & has paste pre-applied

You'll be mid 50s maxed out with either of those & a fair bit quieter.

what do you mean with newer wraith cooler. i bought the processor some weeks ago. is the hfs counted as the new one?

Yes its the new one you already have then mate.
At 4.5ghz you are probably about at the limits of what it can manage under heavy load.

How have you read temps ?
Aftermarket monitoring software is notoriously unreliable on fm2 chipsets.
Download amd overdrive & use the thermal margin under CPU status to accurately check your idle & load temps.

In practice under a stress test as long as that thermal margin stays above 0c you are within an acceptable range.

i read the temp using hwmonitor.

but recently. my PC running normaly for some times. but when i started game, AC Syndicate to be precised, my PC shutted down suddently on its own. just like phew, and it's off

OC ram from 1600 to 2133 10 12 12 31 2T with 1,2v
increase multiplier to 45
