When I took out my GPU the pcie slot came out with it which bent the pins and what should I do,cut or not?

Solution
As I understood it, the pci-e slot's plastic cover came off, so the card it'self is fine.
If you cut the pins, so that they can't anymore touch each other, you pretty much cause said PCI-E slot to be unusable.
On other hand, re-attaching the plastic cover is likely impossible so as a quick fix, yes.. I would say cut them.
MB should work normally after that if no other damage was done.
Can you show pictures? Sounds like your motherboard is ruined. Take the GPU out of the PCIe slot (use the locking mechanism to remove it easily). A video cards pins are etched onto the PCB of the card. They don't just cut, and are essential for normal operation. You may need to ask a PC proficient friend to help.
