New PC Build. Fans start then power off, no beep.

Hello,

Im currently trying to get my new pc build to run but after installing all components when i turned on the power the fans and Mainboard leds started spinning/glowing for a few seconds and then turned off. This repeats itself if i don't turn off the power.

I tried removing everything except for the psu and mainboard and the problem still persists.

I just ruled out the PSU by trying it with a different one i had here. The problem was the same with both PSUs (The other one also works fine in my old build).
I also took the Board out of the case and put it on a Piece of cardboard to rule out short circuits and the problem persists here as well (with both PSUs).
I'll upload a Video in a few minutes that Shows the test build and what's happening.

The Problem persists if i only have the Mainboard and cpu power connected and start the pc by using a screwdriver to connect the power Switch Pins for a Moment. ist a minimal Setup with just the cpu, one ram, the cooler and the two power cables connected. This is all seated on a cardboard box to rule out Shorts from the case. The only Thing i added was the Speaker to see if it beeps. But it didnt Change anything. My Setup can be seen in the Video i posted.
