I recently upgraded my PC specifications and I have bumped into an issue. When I boot up the computer, it gives out 4 long beeps, tries to beep a 5th time and then reboots, ending up in a beeping loop. I installed everything safely and make sure everything is plugged in nice and tight.
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Processor-Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
GPU- GeForce GTX 560 Ti
RAM- 2x8GB 1RX4 PC4-2133P / DDR4 17000 ECC REG HP 726718-B21

When I have heard this kind of beeping and the pattern you are relating to Jack.

It can refer to two things.

The first is there is a problem with the memory fitted to the system, or that the ram sticks have been seated or populated into the wrong set of ram slots provided by the motherboard.
The manual of the motherboard should state where the memory modules should be placed in what order of dimm memory slots to avoid the bios beep code error message you are hearing.

Or it can mean the Graphics card fitted to the Pci-e card slot of the motherboard has not been detected.
Either placed in the slot wrong.

Or that the requires power when a Pci-e card is fitted to the system, the correct power feeds from the Psu of your system have not been connected.

The 12v eight pin block E-atx or Eps not connected to the motherboard direct from the Psu.
Or the 12v Pci-e power connectors directly from the Psu to the graphics card you have in the Pci0e card slot of the motherboard check both are connected if a new build.or parts are upgraded.

I had a similar problem with a defective motherboard a while back. It would only accept DIMMs in the first channel, and as soon as a DIMM was installed in the second channel, it would no longer boot, giving off that 4 long beep error code.

I just had a look online and it seems that my motherboard doesn't actually support the RAM sticks that I have. It is DDR4 and 2133 Ghz. However it is 1Rx4 and the ones that it supports range from 1Rx8 and 2Rx8, does this mean the ram is pretty much garbage for this motherboard?

Another quick question, there is a orange glow coming from the motherboard when I turn it on, I read up that it's part of the motherboard but wasn't sure. Is there something wrong or is it just a light?

"1RX4", "1Rx8" and "2RX8" just say how many chips the DIMMs have. 4 chip DIMMs should work just as well as 8 chip DIMMs, as long as the firmware on the DIMM gives the motherboard the right timings and talk in such a way as to allow the motherboard to understand those timings.
