Not Getting FPS I used to

I have an AMD A10-7800 accelerated processor
A Radeon R7 quad core
I used to be able to run games like the forest and Unturned at high settings with 60+ FPS now I can't even run them on low at 30 FPS

It could be two things. Either a dust issue or a heat issue. For the dust just open up your PC and try to clean out most of the dust and for the heat issue either get better ventilation or increase fan speed. PS: The dust issue could cause the heat issue.
