Hello. I am working on new build and I'd like to OC an i7 6700k while retaining the power saving features that lower your clock speed when you're idle or not performing intensive tasks. Essentially I want to just OC the Turbo setting of the processor while leaving the base clock at the default speed.

I plan to use a Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler and I plan to aim for a 4.6 or 4.7 OC since that seems like a common number everyone is able to achieve when I search for i7 6700k overclocking.

The motherboard I was looking at is the Asus Z170-A.

My current build is looking like this:

The problem is when I search google for "Asus Z170-A Turbo Overclock i7 6700k" I am unable to find any results of someone OCing the i7 with the power saving features remaining on. I'd like some confirmation that I'll be able to do this before I buy a board.

Could someone tell me if this would be possible with this board, or recommend me a board that they know it is possible on? I'd prefer to keep the price around ~150 USD but I'd go up to 200 if necessary.
