Monitor turns off with No signal message, PC remains ON but is unresponsive, unless I hard reset it. Sometimes it reaches Windows's logo or works for ten minutes tops, and the problem occurs. It reached the stage where it doesn't even boot and stays ON as said. Tried everything in the old book, cleaned it of dust, checked RAM, tried to re-install Windows, problem is still there. Please.. I am losing my mind over this.

CPU: AMD FX-4320 4k mhz / GPU: HD Radeon 5450 1GB / RAM: 4GB / No idea what is the PSU, nothing points names, and the mobo is Gigabyte, no details on the specs of it. :/

yeah, honestly sounds like the no-name generic PSU is your problem. A decent 600W PSU would fix it i'd wager.

Forgot to point out the PSU is quite new, and the issue began when I tried to turn off my computer from the desktop shortcut. I saw it running in the morning, but monitor was blank.
