So today i went to my friend and I transferred some music to my removable disc. Note the the USB worked fine up to this point. Now I' back home and when I insert the removable disk it opens but it is empty, but on properties it says 1Gb free of 7Gb.
Now, I tired the hidden files option that works for everyone, but it simply does not work for me, after i enter attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* my disc is still empty. So what should I do?

Hey there, skilledforlife.

What does it say when you enter this command? Just to make sure, your flash drive's letter is G right? Because if not and if you've copied the info from somewhere else you should change the letter G with the appropriate one for your device.
Other than that, you could try accessing the flash drive via data recovery software or Ubuntu Live USB, to see if you'd be able to see the files and recover them, so that you can reformat the flash drive and see if it works properly afterwards.

Hope that helps.
