Hello. I am building a new gaming pc and i am unsure whether the power supply unit is powerful enough to run my build. My parts are:

AMD Radeon™ RX 470 4GB
AMD FX 8320 Black Edition
Cooler Master Hyper 103
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3

The power supply unit is 500w.

Thank you

I'd take a pass on that one, as well. If you really, really need to go low-cost budget, this is the only one I can recommend. And then only because I have installed them in several builds that are in constant daily use under gaming conditions and work well. And because Johnny Guru gives it a thumbs-up. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&file=print&reid=384
You can find it at the Egg for under $40: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1UH4RE3051

If you can spend a bit more, this is a really solid 500W PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

CoolerMaster has a great PSU calculator. Just plug in your system specs and it will calculate the wattage needed to run your system. :)

http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

**Note:
1.) When buying a PSU - don't cheap out! Always buy an 80+ Bronze at the very least.
2.) A good rule of thumb is to buy a psu that is ~ 100w more than the number given by the psu calculator.

Happy building! :)
