Doe anyone know of an internal USB 3.0 20 pin female to 20 pin female connector? Basically I need both ends to be like the header that plugs into the expansion port on the motherboard. I keep finding Male/Female extensions but not the double sided header i need... any help would be appreciated

What is the use case for this?
If I'm not mistaking that's a female to female connector. Use case is fixing front panel USB ports from a mistake I made years ago. If you look at this product:

You see it takes a 30 pin at the ports but converts to two male type A connectors to wrap all the way around the back. I'd like to ideally just plug it into the USB header on the motherboard and be done.
EDIT: I guess I am mistaken... Turns out I am looking for a two sided female cable...
