It has a chip that I think does not allow it to be updated as the update feature is gone and the customer service is not good. The unit works fine,but I do not know if it is only going to be android 5.1.1 and that's it. It is a octocore Rockchip processor with 2gb ram 8rom.I can not even move apps to the 32gb ssdcard. Any help would be very much appreciated !!! Bob
