Is my motherboard dying? Or is it my PSU?

Over the past few days my PC would get stuck in a boot loop. I would start up my PC, it would beep once after 15 seconds of loading (which is unusual for it, usual is like 3 seconds), then it would go to a weird blue screen with the Gigabyte logo on the top and trip up and restart the whole process. Its not windows because it would also do this with the hard drive unplugged.

Solution
Pop your CMOS battery and unplug your PSU from the power outlet for a while. The press your power button to discharge any charge left within your motherboard to reset your BIOS settings and then plug the PC back in and replace the batter and try to boot it up.

If that doesn't help try to update your motherboard's BIOS.

Sounds like bad BIOS settings or a corrupted BIOS to me.

Also you can contact Gigabyte. They have pretty solid customer service and probably have a few options for you as well.
