Hello,

Im looking to upgrade my PC. My current setup is:
Mobo: ASUS Z87-c
GPU: Nvidia Gefore gtx 760 windforce
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k
PSU: Butterfly 1000W(dnt remember model name exactly) its really old tho.
PC Case: some basic thermaltake case
RAM: 2x2gb and a 2gb stick but it doesn't work for some reason.

So what im thinking right now is that my cpu is decent and mobo isnt that important of a component so ill keep those two. So im looking to replace my PC case, get a better gpu and swap out my ram(and get new cables). I don't know whether I should replace PSU honestly as it is old but honestly not much problem with that.

What I was thinking of replacing the components with are the following:
PC-Case: Aerocool GT White Advance USB 3.0 (EN52230).
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10. x 2
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 OC 6GB GDDR5 192Bit PCI-E (GV-N1060IXOC-6GD).

Firstly, I am guessing that pc case will fit my components. Is the ram and GPU compatible with the current mobo? Also looking to replace ALL CABLES as previously in the past one cable gave me terrible problems so I would like to swap all of them out. How many and what type of cables will I need?

Solution
Yes all looks compatible. The power cables are probably attached to PSU if its not modular so you wont be able to change those I doubt. Which just leaves SATA data cables for hard drive.
