So i just got my new PC and it wont start. Ive check to make sure the cables are all in the right spot but when ever i press the power button nothing works. Ive done the paper clip test on my psu so i know that works so it has to be something else. Im going with motherboard because even if one thing isnt plugged in i would still get a little power right?
