why does my bluetooth not work on my toshiba satellite radius

My toshiba satellite l15w-b1302 is not showing up on any of my blue tooth devices (such as my phone) it also cant find any other bt devices when i know they are turned on and workig properly. my pc has bt 4.0 is that a bt hardware built in. pleez help

This is definitely the wrong forum for this. This forum is for processors. You are asking about a laptop's bluetooth.

Go to Toshiba's website and download the newest bluetooth driver from the support section. Just type in your laptops model number and you should be able to find it.

Download the file and install it and see if that helps.
