I have a dell optiplex 755. Someone went thru my files, and deleted my networking drivers. They made sure that all backups were erased, and I don't have a Windows 7 ultimate disk to repair it. Heck, at this point, I'd be happy to format it and start from scratch. I and get online and it's the first time in 3 years I've had internet. Ug. Please help!!

I'm not trying to be rude.
The PC would have come with a CD or DVD, but I think this is more for recovery of the whole OS rather than just one driver. Anything on it would also be out of date.
The Dell website is the only place you will get the current drivers. You need to find somewhere with a PC on the internet...
The PC has a service tag. You can enter this on the website and select the OS you have installed to view relevant drivers.
Other than that, just selecting Optiplex 750 and the OS should get you the same result.
And you are clearly already connected to the internet with some device...

Why, yes..i actually am. Imagine that. I'm using my next door neighbors cell phone,. I am single, disabled, live alone, and on social security. I'm not capable of fixing this on my own . I can build and program computers, but onl6 when I have the ability to get what I need. I'm not asking for anyone to do it FOR ME..i just need some advice or a copied disk, that I free online. Not in my realm of possibilities atm..

The Dell website is the only place you will get the current drivers. You need to find somewhere with a PC on the internet. If a friend can't help you, maybe a local library or computer shop.
You don't need to know about your hardware, just the service tag or model number of the PC is enough.
If these PCs had an option for additional network cards then there might be a couple different network drivers. It won't do any harm if you try to install the wrong driver, so try them.

You can use the system restore tool in windows to restore to a time before the network drivers were uninstalled. This should reinstall the driver. Just type system restore in the search window on the start button to find it.

Other than that, you'll have to use a friends windows computer to go to the dell website and download the ethernet (wired) or wlan(wireless) driver onto a usb flash drive to transfer to your computer.

Formatting would be a big waste of time as this would erase everything and you don't have the disk to re-install. Of course you would still have to download drivers from dell for your pc. Microsoft does allow windows 7 iso downloads from their site if you have a retail product key available. OEM keys will not work.

Another option is to do a factory restore where the OEM (dell) has the windows os and factory programs on a separate partition. Usually tapping F9 or F10 on bootup, or depending what your dell manual says for your pc.

Anyways, back up important stuff to an external hdd or USB stick or burn cds if you go the nuke route.
Good luck.
